Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect shipping information, or change of mind.
Returns, replacements, or refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the issue.

Customers in the European Union: prior approval is not required when exercising the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. However, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance to ensure smooth processing.
Returns must be approved before being sent back.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
This address is used exclusively for product returns.
Items sent without prior authorization or sent to an incorrect address will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Because all products are made to order, we do not offer exchanges for size selection errors, customer preference, or change of mind.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customs, Duties, and Refused Shipments
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If an order is refused, unclaimed, delayed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, import taxes, missing recipient information, or customs clearance issues, the order will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Shipping fees, customs charges, and handling costs are non-refundable in such cases.
This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws, including the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request and let you know whether your refund or replacement has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Any VAT, customs duties, or import taxes paid to customs authorities are non-refundable by us.
