Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability and fulfillment location.


Shipping Destinations

KAIJU WORKS ships to selected countries and regions worldwide, subject to product availability and licensing restrictions.
Available shipping destinations are automatically determined at checkout based on the selected product, licensing restrictions, and shipping address.

Shipping availability may change depending on product type and destination.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen carrier issues.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.

For most international shipments, orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means the customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs fees directly to the local customs authority or courier upon delivery.

For shipments to Canada and the United Kingdom (outside the EU), a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option may be available at checkout when live shipping rates are used. When selected, applicable duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost, allowing the order to clear customs without additional charges at delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws.


Shipment Delays & Customs Holds

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, clearance procedures, or unpaid duties and taxes. If a shipment is held, delayed, or returned due to customs issues, it is the customer’s responsibility to resolve the matter with the carrier or customs authority.
Certain destinations, such as Brazil, may experience longer customs processing times or require additional recipient information.


Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import fees, the order may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws, including the 14-day right of withdrawal.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Licensed Merchandise Shipping Notes

Certain licensed merchandise may be fulfilled under separate shipping conditions from standard KAIJU WORKS products.

For select licensed merchandise, the following shipping rates may apply:

  • United States — $9.99 USD
  • Hawaii and Guam — $14.99 USD
  • Free shipping may apply on qualifying U.S. mainland orders over $75 USD.

Shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on destination and package size, including USPS, UPS, or other available carriers.

Due to limited inventory availability, certain licensed products may be subject to allocation limits, staggered fulfillment, or longer processing times during launches or high-demand periods.
